New development releases

Hi myAko family,

I apologise for not providing regular updates as the @myako team has been exceptionally busy. A good busy. I just wanted to share some of the updates from recent releases. I would also love to hear back from you about the new reports. How are you finding them, useful we hope. We see feedback as a gift, so please feel free to share your thoughts with us. See below recent new solution software upgrades.

Sorting by dates
On user courses and user course modules page sorting was not allowed by any date fields

Changes to Employee Manager Permissions

  1.  Can access employee management page with all functionalities
    
  2.  Can access hierarchy builder with all its functionalities
    
  3.  Can add/edit and delete all training record mapping rules
    
  4.  Can add/edit and delete all course assignment rules
    
  5.  Can access roles
    
  6.  Can access manager approvals with all its functionalities
    
  7.  Can access uploader for HTR and user uploads but are not allowed to auto-update hierarchy
    
  8.  Cannot purchase credits
    
  9.  Have full access to all add-on features
    
  10. Can allocate credits on “my credits” page
  11. Can assign individual course configurations

Changes to Manager Permissions

  1.  Can access employee management 
    
  2.  Can Upload HTR only
    
  3.  Have access to manager approvals with all its functionalities
    
  4.  Can assign individual course allocations
    
  5.  Have full access to all add-on features
    

New Reports

  1. Sorting by date fields
  2. “Number of views” field in the news report was fetching total number of employees. The query needed to be adjusted
  3. Lock the first three columns in all the new reports.

Hierarchy Builder

  1. Search feature was not highlighting the node.
  2. When nodes are moved in the hierarchy and then new nodes are created; the changes were not reflecting instantly; they required a refresh.
