Resetting failed modules


If my staff keep failing a course how do I reset/unlock the module?

Hi Dan

Go to your Employee Management and search for user
Then click View, this will come up with all that user’s details.
Click on the User Course Module tab, this will bring up all of the user’s modules


Now sort it by failed date and then you can reset the module by clicking on the reset button (the button will only be pressable on modules available to reset)

The user will now have the chance to complete the assessment again
