Staff member can't log in!

One of my staff members can’t log in to myAko, what do they need to do??

Hi Suzie

It depends on whether they have their email address registered

If they do, they simply click the forgot password on the login page and this will send them a password reset email image

If they have been added to myAko without an email address you can regenerate a One Time Password
Go to your Employee Management page and search for the user that needs a password reset
click on the edit button then click Regenerate OTP

You can also reset the user’s password by impersonating them and going on their profile
