Team member individual account?

We are setting up our new team and one of my team made a new account instead of one under our company - what do I do to make sure they’re under our company?

Don’t worry, this isn’t the first time this has happened and it definitely won’t be the last!

Contact our support team either by phone (01202 283283), email (ninjas@myako.com) or by using our online chat service by clicking on this icon image We will delete the account they have created and then if needed you can update their email address.

To do this go to your Employee Management page and click edit next to that user
On this page you can now change their email address and they will receive an email to validate it
